A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in a paramedical field
(occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or movement technology)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience within healthcare or social support

The role

At Kersten Hulpmiddelen, it is all about people. As a Medical Aids Advisor, you help clients to remain as independent and mobile as possible. You ensure that personal aids align optimally with the user's specific needs. Through your expertise and personal approach, you make a daily difference for both clients and healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

In this role, you combine personal advice with technical and process-related coordination.

You conduct conversations with clients to explore their needs, focusing on mobility
You translate the requirements program into a suitable and adequate aid
You coordinate the ordering process within the organization
You advise on technical adjustments regarding functional problems
You maintain contact with paramedics and indexers
You act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
You identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute ideas for improvements
