What we're looking for

A completed MBO or HBO education (for example, Social Work, HR, Healthcare, or a Commercial direction).
An availability of at least 32 hours per week.
Work experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn attitude.
You are stress-resistant, structured, and like to think ahead.
Affinity with the healthcare sector is a plus; commitment is a must.

The role

As a senior planner in healthcare at GOED.work, you are the link between healthcare professionals and clients within GHZ and/or GGZ. You support recruitment, selection, and planning, learn the ropes of the trade from colleagues, and help get people into the right positions. You work in a close-knit team of three other senior planners, allowing you to learn a lot and make an immediate impact. With your enthusiasm and eager-to-learn attitude, you contribute to sustainable relationships and a strong team.

What you'll do

Supporting the selection and guidance of healthcare professionals.
Matching candidates to assignments at healthcare organizations.
Maintaining contact with professionals and clients.
Deploying flexible staff based on availability and urgency.
Building and maintaining a reliable pool of healthcare professionals.
Ensuring correct time registration and administrative processing.
Thinking along about process improvements and supporting the team where necessary.
