This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 28 hours per week, at one location in Zwammerdam. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

The activities take place within a residential care location for aging clients with a moderate or severe intellectual disability. The location consists of two residential groups, each with its own care profile. Within one residential group, the emphasis is on the guidance of relatively independent clients who can communicate verbally, while in the other residential group, intensive care and ADL support are central.

Work is carried out from a person-centered approach, where safety, structure, and quality of life are paramount. The guidance is tailored to the individual needs of each client and takes place within a dedicated and expert team.

The activities consist of, among other things:

• Providing guidance and support with daily activities and ADL care
• Performing nursing technical procedures and administering medication
• Working with lifting aids and guiding clients with epilepsy
• Stimulating independence and providing a safe, structured living environment
• Identifying changes in the health or well-being of clients and acting adequately upon them

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 supervisor, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• An mbo Verzorgende IG level 3 diploma or mbo 4 Nurse diploma
• Experience with the MVB and EVB target groups
• Proficient in medication administration and nursing technical procedures
• Experience with epilepsy care and working with lifting aids
• You provide calm and structure and have an eye for individual support needs
• Experience within disability care is a plus
