The role

As Account Manager GOED.academy, you are responsible for both the commercial growth and the daily operations of our academy.

GOED.academy has grown rapidly and now requires a dedicated role. You ensure that everything is correct: from customer contact and sales to the planning, execution, and follow-up of training and e-learning.

You are therefore not an administrator, but someone who takes the whole to a higher level. You ensure that customers return, that processes run smoothly, and that we continue to grow.

You will spend approximately half of your time on operations and back office, and the other half on actively expanding the academy through sales.

What you'll do

Processing and coordinating course registrations and orders
Moving and scheduling training sessions and e-learning trajectories
Coordinating with trainers regarding planning, content, and execution
Arranging locations, rooms, and facilities for training sessions
Managing accounts and connections within TalentLMS
Ensuring participants are correctly registered and granted access
First point of contact for questions from customers and participants
Actively following up on leads via telephone and email
Selling e-learning and physical training to healthcare and educational institutions
Expanding existing customer relationships
Identifying commercial opportunities among existing customers
Thinking along about new courses and e-learning offerings based on customer demand
Contributing to the further positioning of GOED.academy in the market
Coordinating with content creators and course developers
Identifying areas for improvement in processes and implementing them
(Pre-) supporting the startup of on-site training (on average once every 2 weeks on Saturday)

GOED.academy is the training platform of GOED.work and focuses on healthcare professionals and organizations within mental healthcare (GGZ), geriatric care (GHZ), and education.

We offer a wide range of e-learning and practical training, such as medication safety, aggression regulation, emergency response (BHV), and nursing skills.
