Residential Support Worker team 2

As a residential support worker, you support residents in achieving their personal goals and shaping a stable daily structure. You carefully observe what someone needs at that moment and help them to move forward step by step. During your shift, you are the trusted point of contact for the residents of the group, being present with attention, calmness, and clear communication. You respond flexibly to the diverse questions that may arise throughout the day, meaning no day runs exactly as you had expected beforehand. You work alternating day, evening, and weekend shifts and continuously create a safe, stable, and warm living environment. Within the team, you take responsibility together with a colleague for a specific area of focus and actively contribute ideas on how the support can be further strengthened. Additionally, you are given the space to follow courses and training, so that you can continue to develop yourself and further deepen your expertise. In this way, you not only grow in your role but also contribute directly to the development of the residents and the team. This position is available from May 1st.

The Hoog Kanje 2 location is a protected residential form of Kwintes, located in Zeist. In the neighborhood where the location is situated, Kerckebosch, there is a small shopping center where residents, with or without support, can do their groceries. There are many forests in the surrounding area and nearby are a primary and secondary school, a community center, and various sports facilities. It is a lively neighborhood. You will be working in team 2. This team has been working together for several years and places great value on good communication and a pleasant and safe working atmosphere. At the location, work is carried out based on collaboration, everyone's talents, and mutual respect. The ages of the residents range from approximately 30 to over 80 years. The focus lies on quality of life and, where possible, on transition, with independence and autonomy being central.

With your background in healthcare and your involvement with the mental healthcare target group, you offer support that is careful, clear, and person-centered. • A salary between €2,804 and €3,803 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 40).

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be a permanent contract.

• In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1,000 gross per year pro rata to your employment. Our lease scheme for the most beautiful and best (electric) bicycles is also worth mentioning!

The procedure consists of 2 interviews; the 1st interview is with the recruiter and the 2nd interview is on-site with 1 or 2 colleagues and a client.
