Content Creator Intern

Do you scroll through TikTok and Instagram and immediately think: we could do that too, but better? Do you see a story everywhere and always have your phone ready to capture something? Then we are looking for you.

At GOED.work, as an intern, you don't get a supporting role. You get the space to take over our socials completely. You devise, create, and post content. You follow the latest trends and discover which creative style suits you best.

GOED.work connects good people with good work. We are a recruitment and secondment organization in mental healthcare, disability care, and security. Every day, our flexible workers commit themselves to people who need care and safety. Those stories deserve a stage, and you are going to build that stage.

• You devise and create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook: reels, posts, stories, and carousels.
• You keep up with the latest trends, formats, and sounds and translate them to GOED.work.
• You set up and maintain a content calendar.
• You show our people. You conduct interviews, create behind-the-scenes content, and tell "a day in the life."
• You support recruitment with creative job posts that stand out.
• You track the results (reach, engagement, followers) and adjust your approach based on what works.
• You come up with your own ideas and experiment. Here, you are also allowed to try something that doesn't work.

• You are following an mbo or hbo education in the direction of communication, (social) media, marketing, media design, or something similar.
• You are creative, curious, and have a good sense of what works online.
• You can film, photograph, and edit, for example with CapCut, Canva, or Adobe. Experience is great, but you will also learn it with us.
• You can work independently and like to take initiative.
• You write and speak good Dutch.
• Affinity with care or with people is a plus.

• An internship in which you truly receive responsibility and deliver visible results.
