Salary: € 2,937.00 to a maximum of € 3,658.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

No two days are the same. You are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and optimization of the activities of our field service.
Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating activities for field service technicians.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and lead times.
• Optimizing routes, capacity, and workflows.
• Ensuring good availability of parts and materials.
• Supporting technicians with operational issues.
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvements.
• Developing and managing work instructions and digital knowledge bases.
• Supporting digitalization and automation projects, including the use of AI.
• Analyzing performance and proposing opportunities for improvement.
