You will work with people who have committed an offense and have a psychiatric disorder or an addiction. The services span the forensic high intensive care, the forensic care department, the forensic psychiatric clinic and wards, the tbs departments, and sociotherapy. At this moment, services are primarily being filled on an individual basis, ranging from early shifts to night shifts.

• Guiding clients with forensic and psychiatric issues.
• Monitoring structure, safety, and the treatment climate on the ward.
• Identifying risks and de-escalating in a timely manner.
• Reporting in the client file.
• Collaborating with practitioners, nurses, and the permanent team.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Collective Labor Agreement (CAO), classification in function group 45: €3,180 to €4,273 gross per month based on 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Classification depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €41.60 per hour.

• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A completed MBO level 4 or HBO education in the field of care or welfare.
• You are flexibly deployable in early, late, and night shifts.
• Experience in forensic care or GGZ is a plus, not a requirement.
• You remain calm and clear when things become tense.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required; we will arrange this.
