It saves us both time: without a nursing diploma and a valid BIG registration, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients do not allow you to work without registration. If you have a foreign diploma, we need your BIG recognition. The rest of the requirements are listed under Does this suit you.

The duties take place within various specialized residential and care locations where clients reside with diverse intellectual disabilities and complex behavioral needs. Because of this, the work is varied and dynamic, and flexibility is required. The settings demand intensive guidance and care, in which structure, safety, and personal attention are central. You will work in committed teams with attention to quality of care, collaboration, and the well-being of the clients.

You support clients with complex care and guidance needs in their daily functioning. The duties include:

• Performing ADL activities and personal care
• Guiding clients with a severe multiple disability, a mild or moderate intellectual disability, and complex behavior
• Providing structure, safety, and predictability
• Identifying changes in behavior and health and acting adequately upon them
• Performing nursing procedures and care plans
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines
• Contributing to a stable and safe living environment for the clients

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• You have at least a diploma at mbo-level 3 as a guide or Caregiver IG
• Experience within disability care is a plus
• You have an affinity for clients with a severe multiple disability, a mild or moderate intellectual disability, and complex behavior
• You are self-assured, provide clarity and structure, and have experience with intensive care and guidance
• Experience with ADL activities is important
