What we're looking for

At least 4-5 years of experience as a recruiter (preferably within healthcare).
Available for 36-40 hours per week.
Strong communication and advisory skills.
Strategic thinking ability and the ability to improve processes.
Proactive attitude, organizational sensitivity, and persuasiveness.
Resilient to stress and structured, with an eye for both detail and the big picture.
Affinity with the healthcare sector is a must, commitment is a plus.

As a senior recruiter, you are not only responsible for realizing the right matches, but also for monitoring and improving the total recruitment process. You combine operational recruitment tasks with a clear helicopter view: you analyze what is going well, where optimizations are possible, and develop new strategies to continuously take recruitment to a higher level.

Thanks to your sharp judgment and process-oriented view, you ensure sustainable matches and a future-proof recruitment approach.

What you'll do

Conducting interviews with candidates and clients.
Actively searching for and approaching healthcare professionals.
Matching candidates with vacancies within GHZ and GGZ.
Monitoring and optimizing the recruitment process.
Identifying trends and developing new recruitment strategies.
Acting as a sparring partner for management and fellow recruiters.

Contributing to the growth of our flex pools.
