Sourcing Coördinator

• Money, of course. Between € 2,750 and € 3,600 gross per month based on 36 hours per week; the grading depends on knowledge and experience.

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km (10 - 25 km, one way).

• Hybrid working: at least three days in the office in Ede, otherwise we will look together at what works.

You will find yourself in the heart of our procurement organization. Here, you will work together with sourcing managers, suppliers, and colleagues from logistics, marketing, and procurement, among others.

That makes this position varied. One day you are processing price and supplier agreements, the next day you are preparing reports or contributing ideas for a new system or process improvement.

But you are certainly not just busy with administration. Do you see a way to do something smarter, faster, or easier? Then we specifically expect you to indicate that. For example, by using data better, improving processes, or automating tasks.

In this role, you will learn our procurement organization from the inside out and build your career within procurement step by step.

You will get to work as a Sourcing Coordinator, where it is important that:

• You support suppliers and sourcing managers with daily operational questions and agreements.

• You correctly record and maintain prices, contracts, bonus agreements, and supplier data.

• You coordinate promotional activities and check marketing communications for accuracy.

• You coordinate with logistics, marketing, sales, and other internal teams so that everyone has access to up-to-date information.

• You identify opportunities to organize processes more intelligently, for example, through automation, data analysis, or AI applications.

• You collaborate on improvement projects such as CRM implementations and assist in preparing and executing annual promotional plans with suppliers.

Ultimately, you ensure that the foundation is correct. This allows our sourcing managers to focus on the right commercial choices. And with that, you make the difference in foodservice.

• You work accurately and maintain an overview, even when many things are happening at once.

• You have a commercial mindset and communicate easily with suppliers and colleagues.

• You are analytical, enjoy working with numbers, and translate data into concrete insights. Process improvement and AI also appeal to you.

• Experience with contract management, procurement administration, or supplier management is a plus. An internship or graduation project also counts.
