As a Care Assistant Plus, you are an important link in the rehabilitation care of our temporary clients. It is important that we work multidisciplinarily towards as independent a return to home or other living arrangement as possible.

We expect you to be stress-resistant, flexible, able to work independently, and that you have successfully completed the supplementary medication module. The duties are in rotating shifts 7 days a week.

Together, we feel involved and we work in an atmosphere of trust. We certainly enjoy a laugh, because you also need to be able to put the (sometimes heavy) work into perspective.

Mechropa is a small-scale rehabilitation and nursing center in a green environment on the Scheveningseweg in The Hague. Here, elderly people can undergo short-term rehabilitation after, for example, an accident, illness, or surgery. We work with tailor-made exercise programs, with the goal that clients can return home as quickly as possible. Mechropa offers all forms of rehabilitation and is particularly specialized in CVA and Orthopedics.

• Mechropa is located on the green Scheveningseweg at the edge of the Scheveningse bosjes

• We are easily accessible by tram or bus

• You have an MBO level 2 Care Assistant diploma supplemented with a medication module

• You have an affinity for or experience with rehabilitation care (GRZ)

• You want to further develop yourself

• You are flexible

• You are stress-resistant 

• You are humorous, because this is important for the clients and your colleagues

• A nice salary as a Care Assistant Plus in FWG 30 VVT collective labor agreement, depending on knowledge and experience, up to a max. of €3,410.16 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22% to 60% 

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus

• Personal training and/or development plan
