Care Assistant (Plus) crisis care dementia - 28 hours

• As a Care Assistant, a salary in FWG 25 cao VVT, depending on knowledge and experience up to max. €3,233.35 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

• As a Care Assistant with a medication module, a salary in FWG 30 cao VVT, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €3,410.16 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week 

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentage depends on the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22 to 60%

• A fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus

Your future workplace

Nebo is located in a wooded area in The Hague's Benoordenhout. 114 residents with a PG indication live here. Our team consists of employees of various ages, backgrounds, and expertise, where individual initiative and ideas are valued. Residents receive support with care and treatment, but also in maintaining as normal a daily life as possible, just as they were used to at home. We work according to the principle of the Social Approach, where the person behind the condition is central. Thanks to our open-door policy and the application of facial recognition, residents who are capable of doing so independently receive as much freedom of movement as possible. For residents who require more guidance, we offer a safe and protected living environment. Additionally, Nebo features an experiential garden and we fulfill a regional crisis admission function, meaning no two days are the same.

You love hectic situations and variety and know how to handle them well. As a Care Assistant, you support residents in the performance of activities of daily living (ADL). You are part of the care team and, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the daily implementation of care for residents staying in crisis care. In doing so, you follow the agreements set out in the care plan. Every day, you report in the digital care plan to the nurse and/or the (residential) care coordinator. You can work at different times, but you may indicate in advance which days you are not available. Attention to the well-being of the residents and a meaningful fulfillment of their day is very important.
