What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter.
Available for 36-40 hours per week.
Strong communicative and social skills.
Resilient to stress and structured, with an eye for the next step.
Affinity with the healthcare sector is a must; involvement is a plus.

Your role as a recruiter

As a recruiter, you are the connector between healthcare professionals and organizations. You conduct valuable conversations with candidates, ask the right questions, and know what is truly important. With your experience, you think beyond standard solutions and ensure sustainable matches that make everyone happy. You immerse yourself in the organization's profile, understand what a candidate is looking for, and proactively search for the right match. Clear communication is central to your approach. You are transparent to both client and candidate and know exactly what is expected from both sides.

What you'll do

What are you going to do?

Conducting conversations with candidates and companies.
Actively searching for and approaching healthcare professionals.
Matching candidates with vacancies in GHZ and GGZ.
Communicating transparently with both client and candidate.

Contributing to the growth of our flex pools.
