Junior Recruiter Infra

• Affinity with recruitment, labor market communication, and relationship management;

• Interest in the construction, infra, or technical sector;

• Experience within recruitment, sourcing, sales, or employment agency work is a plus.

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Human Resource Management, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field;

• Salary from €2900.- to €4100,- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3140,- € 4440,- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability, which contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

From our office in Utrecht, as a Junior Recruiter, you will support the business units of Ballast Nedam Infra in attracting new colleagues. You are responsible for the full recruitment process: from vacancy intake to employment condition discussions, and from sourcing to onboarding. In doing so, you will work closely with hiring managers, management teams, and colleagues within the various projects and departments.

In this role, you will receive a lot of responsibility and freedom. You will actively build talent pools, approach candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct selection interviews, and advise hiring managers on the labor market and recruitment strategy. You will be visible within the organization and know how to connect the right people. Whether it is a work preparer, contract manager, project controller, or BIM Modellers; you will search for the right match.

You will join an enthusiastic and committed recruitment team in which collaboration is central. Together with your colleagues, you will work daily on the further growth of Ballast Nedam Infra and contribute to projects that keep the Netherlands accessible, safe, and future-proof.
