As a Talent & Recruitment Specialist, you will join your team in searching for new talent for more than 50 different teams. Belsimpel | Gomibo is growing, making it enormously important and challenging to attract the right colleagues. In this diverse role, you will learn a lot about various issues regarding Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management. You will work during office hours, but you are largely your own boss regarding how you schedule it. This allows you to maneuver your shifts flexibly around your student life.

• The assessment of CVs from potential new colleagues to find the best talent;

• Conducting telephone intakes and job interviews;

• The administration surrounding job interviews and new colleagues;

• Writing vacancies and (promotional) texts for the advertisements with our partners;

• Support and organization of events & collaborations with study and sports associations such as the EBF, MARUG, and KEI-week.

In addition, you will think along about the strategy, team goals, and possible improvements for the entire Recruitment & Selection department. You will receive a lot of responsibility and can eventually take on extra tasks that align with your interests and skills so that you can further develop on multiple fronts. For example, you can work on renewing vacancies, performing LinkedIn analyses, or improving texts on the werkenbijbelsimpel.nl website.

As a Talent & Recruitment working student at the Gomibo Group, you are part of the Future Talent Program. During this development track, you will get the opportunity to develop professionally. The skills you acquire during your studies can be put into practice immediately, and at the same time, you will build valuable work experience. As a working student, you follow soft skills training and are part of an intervision group in which you learn to reflect. You will receive personal guidance from your team leader, and during evaluation meetings, you will actively work on your own growth and career.

As a Talent & Recruitment Specialist, you will land in Team Talent Acquisition. Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire application process, from A to Z. You do this for various teams: from Team Customer Service to Team Shipping & Delivery. From day one, you will get straight to work with telephone intakes and conducting interviews. Here, you can immediately apply and develop your conversation skills.

Your package of tasks as a working student is versatile, but you will be involved in, among other things:

Working in Team Talent Acquisition offers various growth opportunities. For instance, after you have graduated, you can grow into a full-time position within the team. Additionally, it is also possible to grow into another position within Belsimpel | Gomibo.

• You are currently following a university-level study, preferably in the direction of business administration, HRM, marketing, or communication. You will graduate within 1 to 1.5 years;

• You are available for 16 hours per week (or more) on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00. After the onboarding period, there is the possibility to work one evening shift per week.

• You can conduct critical conversations, are not afraid to give your opinion (in a subtle way), and have a healthy dose of people skills;

• You have the ambition to grow in your position or within Belsimpel during and after your studies.
