As a working student for Campus Recruitment North-West Region, you will join the Campus Recruitment team in searching for the best matching colleagues for the Alkmaar, Amstelveen, and Utrecht offices. With your fresh perspective and new ideas, you will help optimize the candidate journey and our employer brand.

We will challenge you directly from your start. To be yourself, to grow, and to surprise us with your proactivity. In terms of content, you can think of challenges such as: 

• organizing and executing events such as in-house days, networking drinks and dinners, and company days.
• screening and assessing applications.
• maintaining contact with candidates and BDO colleagues from various departments.
