As a Campus Recruiter, you are the face of Ballast Nedam towards education, focusing on mbo, hbo, and universities. You establish new contacts, build sustainable collaborations, and visit internship fairs together with colleagues. You devise original ways to reach students and also involve secondary school students within our sector.
You conduct interviews, advise on the best match, and set up campaigns to increase our visibility. Additionally, you organize inspiring activities such as lunch lectures and excursions. You think along about smart processes and actively contribute to improvements.
You will join a close-knit recruitment team where sharing knowledge and celebrating successes are central.
