As an intern, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. This team works for the Abbott locations in the countries of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Norway. We are therefore looking for an ambitious intern with a passion for recruitment, who wants to develop within an international organization! Depending on your interests, you can help with recruiting or work on interesting topics such as University Relations, Employer Branding, and Diversity and Inclusion. • Participating in the recruitment cycle: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and maintaining contact with potential candidates.

• Working on projects related to University Relations, Branding, etc.

• Naturally, we also take into account what you want to learn, and your input is more than welcome!

• You are a Bachelor/Master student with a background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

• Your passion lies within Talent Acquisition.

• You are communicatively skilled and fluent in English, but also in Dutch.

You will receive an internship at a globally operating healthcare company. This internship offers you the chance to get acquainted with it. You will contribute to the recruitment of top talent and you will also get the chance to visit other Abbott locations. Perhaps one of the Abbott locations will even become your future employer!

You will receive a substantive mentor with whom you can brainstorm about the substantive progress of your assignment.

The mentor and coordinator will discuss progress with you and, if necessary, liaise with your educational institution. To do your job well, you will receive access to the systems with an Abbott laptop and we will provide a workplace.

Doing an internship at Abbott also means that you become part of our group of interns. We encourage initiatives to organize outings with the group. Having fun is, after all, also an important part of an internship at Abbott! And finally, you will receive an internship allowance of € 500,- (gross per month for full-time)
