Do you want to learn recruitment in practice and help Rabobank attract students, starters, or experienced IT professionals?

• You will support recruiters with vacancies and learn how a recruitment process works from intake to selection.
• You will review CVs and assist with the corresponding recruitment administration.
• You will attend vacancy intakes and job interviews.
• You will request assessments for candidates and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• You will help organize recruitment events, campus activities, or events for experienced IT professionals.

Within Young Talent Recruitment, you will work on vacancies for interns, starters, traineeships, and the Early Career Program within various departments of Rabobank.

Within IT Recruitment, you will support vacancies for experienced IT professionals, such as business analysts, engineers, and data engineers.

Additionally, you can contribute to themes such as continuous improvement and international candidates. The precise themes depend on the team's activities during your internship.

As a Recruitment Intern at Rabobank, you will learn the recruitment and selection profession in practice. You will work within Young Talent Recruitment or IT Recruitment in Utrecht. Together with experienced recruiters, you will work on real vacancies and will be given the space to continuously develop yourself. Hybrid working is possible.

Yes. The teams work partially online and in the office. The precise working arrangements will be discussed with you during your internship.
