As our new Recruitment Intern at WPP Media, you will become the pivot in finding the next generation of media experts. You will become part of a super friendly HR team and receive full responsibility for the recruitment and selection of all interns within our labels.

• You are the director: From managing vacancies to conducting interviews, you are the first point of contact and the driving force behind the entire process.
• Creative campaigns: You scout for the latest recruitment trends and devise unique recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Organizing events: You help with setting up cool events such as our Student Day and the onboarding for new colleagues.
• Developing HR skills: In addition to recruitment, you will take on various HR tasks and get the chance to work on workshops.

In short, an internship in which you truly take the lead and learn mega amounts about finding the right people for the biggest brands in the Netherlands, such as Volkswagen, VodafoneZiggo, and the Nederlandse Loterij. How cool is that?!

You are our perfect match if you recognize yourself in this:

• You are an enthusiastic 3rd or 4th-year HBO/WO student in a relevant field such as HRM, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration;
• You are available from January/February 2027 for a period of at least 5 months;
• You can work at least 3 to 4 days per week, with enough space alongside that for your school assignments;
• You are a communicative powerhouse, independent, and get energy from a dynamic environment;
• You have an open, proactive, and reliable attitude - you see opportunities and seize them;
• You work accurately, structured, and have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
