Requirements

What we're looking for

It saves us both time: without a nursing diploma and a valid BIG registration, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients do not allow you to work without registration. If you have a foreign diploma, we need your BIG recognition. The rest of the requirements are listed under Does this suit you.

  • A higher professional education (HBO) diploma in the field of nursing and a valid BIG registration.

The role

Do you want to run independent consultations in primary care for asylum seekers?

What you'll do

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 38 hours per week, at asylum seeker centers in the Zierikzee region. A day shift yields up to €31.07 per hour. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team and work from 08:30 to 17:00.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

What you will do

You will work within primary care at various asylum seeker centers in the Zierikzee region. Due to the varying inflow and outflow of residents and the opening and closing of reception locations, your work location may vary.

You will have daily contact with patients of different ages, cultures, and nationalities. The size of the reception locations varies greatly, meaning every workplace has its own dynamics and care needs. In the event of language barriers, an interpreter or other methods of communication can be used.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and, together with other healthcare professionals, contribute to accessible and appropriate primary care. As a practice nurse, you are an important point of contact for patients and work independently within your own responsibilities.

  • Independently running consultations and assessing diverse physical and mental care needs.
  • Guiding patients with chronic conditions and providing information and self-care advice.
  • Offering and coordinating complex nursing care and involving the GP where necessary.
  • Collaborating with GPs, medical assistants, POH-GGZ (mental health nurse practitioners), and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinating with involved chain partners, such as the COA, pharmacies, and medical specialists.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with the CAO General Practice Care, scale 7: €3,909 to €5,127 gross per month based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May, and an 8.33% end-of-year bonus, paid in December. Additionally, you build up a Personal Life Stage Budget of 25 hours annually.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.

  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
  • You are empathetic and culturally sensitive, but at the same time know how to maintain professional boundaries.
  • Even in the face of language barriers or challenging situations, you remain calm and know how to act practically and solution-oriented.
