The role

What you will do

Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?

With us, yes. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.

In Haarlem and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The work takes place within a residential facility consisting of two houses, where a group of twelve clients resides in total. The clients have a moderate to severe intellectual disability and, in some cases, multiple disabilities, which results in an intensive care requirement. You will work with a dedicated team, where the emphasis lies on personal attention, structure, and providing appropriate care and support tailored to each client.

You support clients in their daily lives within a residential setting with an intensive care requirement. The duties are focused on safety, structure, and appropriate care and consist of, among other things:

  • Guiding clients with daily activities and personal care
  • Providing structure, clarity, and predictability
  • Dealing with and managing challenging behavior
  • Identifying changes and responding to them adequately
  • Implementing guidance plans and reporting on progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
  • Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
  • A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
  • Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
  • A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

Does this suit you?

  • You have a diploma at MBO level 4 or HBO level in the field of care and welfare, for example SPW, MMZ, or Nursing
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity for clients with a moderate to severe intellectual disability, which may also involve multiple disabilities and challenging behavior
  • You are resilient, provide structure and clarity, and have experience with ADL support
  • Patience, observational skills, and the ability to respond to complex care requirements
