Medical Assistant Haarlem

Are you a motivated and decisive medical assistant? For our Huid & Vaten clinic in Haarlem, we are looking for an inspiring and experienced medical assistant for 24 to 32 hours per week, Friday is a mandatory working day.

In this versatile role, you can use your experience and enthusiasm to make a major contribution to continuous improvements regarding the entire care process. You will not do this alone; you will work closely with your colleagues. Together, you are responsible for the total process surrounding the client during consultation hours and in the independent treatment room. Additionally, your core activities include:

• Independently providing treatments

• Assisting the physician and updating the EHR during consultation hours

• Actively assisting the physician in performing procedures in the independent treatment room

• Performing front- and back-office activities such as client contact, in person or via email/telephone, administrative tasks, and placing orders

You will be working in the wonderful team at Huid & Vaten in Haarlem. Your workday starts at 8:45 AM and you finish at 5:15 PM; you are available on Fridays regardless. You are always off on weekends and public holidays.

• Salary based on knowledge and experience between € 2,867.- and € 4,346.- (FWG 40) in accordance with the ZKN collective labor agreement based on 40 hours per week

• A completed MBO level 4 Medical Assistant education

• Preferably at least 2 years of recent work experience as a medical assistant, preferably in Dermatology
