In doing so, you work closely with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders. Alongside your own caseload, you are also a substantive coach for fellow supervisors. You work in an independent team in which everyone has a specific area of focus. You will be given the space to apply your expertise and help build a stable and inspiring living environment for young people. Together with your colleagues, you shape the daily work, where your input counts and is valued.
The Mariastraat in Bussum offers stabilization, residential guidance, and training to 17 young people (ages 18-25) within a structured framework. At two satellite locations, residential guidance is offered to five young people who have transitioned forward. They can consult the 24-hour location, but postpone their care request until a suitable moment. The young people have an indication for Protected Living and struggle with various issues, such as psychiatric, psychosocial, addiction problems, and possibly intellectual disabilities (LVB). You guide them toward a good future and actively contribute to client discussions, team meetings, and team days.
