A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) and diploma check are part of the procedure. We look forward to meeting you!
The role
On our sites in Doorn & Zeist, we have more than 60 homes in total. In each home, 5 to 8 residents live, ranging in age from early 20s to 80 years old. In addition to a visual impairment, the residents also have an intellectual disability, ranging from a mild intellectual disability to a severe intellectual disability. Because a large part of the residents is aging, you will also increasingly deal with additional physical disabilities in most groups. You therefore help with the care of ADL (Activities of Daily Living). This varies per resident and ranges from verbal support to full assistance. In some homes, residents also have an auditory and/or psychosocial disability.
We look forward to meeting you!
In addition - To start working with us, requesting a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) is required. Additionally, a diploma and reference check are also part of the procedure.
Acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated. We handle our own recruitment.
What you'll do
Support with personal care: You help residents with getting up, ensure they are fresh & bright for breakfast, and assist with ADL (such as using the toilet and dressing).
Doing what you do at home, but together: Cooking delicious meals, reading the newspaper aloud, getting some fresh air on the bike, putting away the groceries, or bingeing your favorite series.
Checking and recording: Everything you do and see, you record in the system. Easy!
