The role
Our HR team could use a fresh perspective! We have space for an enthusiastic HR working intern starting in February. Are you that HR student who loves to participate in practice, shows initiative, and is not afraid to ask questions? Do you want to learn, think along, and contribute to real HR challenges? Then we are looking for you!
As an HR intern at Ennatuurlijk, you will join a close-knit HR team of eight colleagues: an HR Team Manager, two HR Business Partners, an HR Advisor, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and three HR Officers. Together, we are responsible for all HR themes within Ennatuurlijk. Because we are a compact team, the lines are short and we work closely together. We handle almost everything ourselves and therefore have knowledge of the entire HR field. For you as an intern, this means a unique opportunity to learn a lot in a short time and gain experience with diverse HR topics.
From day one, you will participate in the daily HR practice. We will take you along in everything happening within our department and give you the space to discover where your interests lie. Additionally, you will work on HR projects and get plenty of opportunities to take initiative and contribute your own ideas. Which tasks and projects you take on will be coordinated with your learning goals, interests, and any internship assignments from your studies. To give you an idea: our previous intern was involved in, among other things:
And that is just a handful of the possibilities.
What you'll do
Independently leading or supporting HR projects, such as mapping and optimizing HR processes or developing new policies;
Organizing induction days for new colleagues;
Improving and updating our HR intranet page;
Answering HR-related questions from employees;
Recruitment activities, from writing vacancy texts and screening candidates to participating in job interviews.
What do we ask?
You are following a HBO or WO degree, preferably in the direction of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar study;
You are curious about and interested in the various facets of the HR profession;
You are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn;
You work carefully, dare to take initiative, and like to roll up your sleeves;
You communicate clearly and work pleasantly with various colleagues;
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
What do we offer?
A versatile and educational working internship within a broad HR field;
Plenty of space to develop yourself and gain experience in practice;
The possibility to work on challenging HR projects and interesting (graduation) research;
A good balance between learning, working, and taking your own responsibility;
An appropriate internship allowance;
A nice workplace at our office at Strijp-T in Eindhoven;
A warm welcome into an informal, enthusiastic, and involved HR team;
Regular fun events, team outings, and drinks.
In short: an internship in which you not only learn a lot about HR, but also truly become part of the team and make a visible contribution to our organization.
