What we're looking for

As an ideal intern, you meet the following profile:

You are currently following a higher professional education (HBO) program in the direction of HRM, Hospitality Management, BIM, or Business Studies.
You are available 32 to 40 hours per week for a working internship. You can spend 20% of that time on research.
You are available for at least 5 months, but preferably longer.
You work independently and come up with ideas on your own initiative.
You are meticulous, fast, proactive, and structured.
You are eager to learn and solution-oriented.
You speak and write excellent Dutch, and you know how to communicate effectively.

The role

As an HR-Recruitment intern, you can learn a lot in a short amount of time. You will support our HR Officers in correctly performing the HR administration for all our employees. You will help us with payroll processing and you will be the first point of contact for employees. Additionally, you will support us in hiring all personnel in operations. Will you come to strengthen our team starting February 2027?

Administrative support: you help with drafting contracts and letters for all our employees.
You support the payroll administration.
You help us find the right people.
You are the first point of contact for applicants and conduct telephone screenings.
You think along about all kinds of procedures, such as our application procedure or our offboarding, and help to optimize them.
You think along with all kinds of fun projects, such as employee satisfaction and fun team activities.
You are the point of contact for all our employees.

What you will do
