As Maintenance Coördinator, you will focus on the electrotechnical maintenance of Ennatuurlijk's largest and most complex heat network: the Amernet. This network extends across Tilburg, Breda, and Geertruidenberg and provides heat to thousands of households and businesses daily. Together with contractors and internal colleagues, you will monitor the performance of the assets and ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient heat supply. You are operationally responsible for your part of the network and supervise the safety and quality of all work carried out under your instruction. • You are responsible for the correct and timely (supervision of) the execution of preventive and corrective work, while ensuring all legal requirements are met;

• You monitor and improve your installation performance, focusing on efficiency, availability, and yield;

• You provide direction on the agreed KPIs towards the Team Manager and Asset Management;

• You conduct structural consultations with internal and external stakeholders;

• You manage contractors and supervise the execution within the scope of the assignment, adjusting where necessary;

• You participate in the on-call and breakdown service to guarantee optimal availability, also outside regular working hours;

• You ensure correct administrative handling of all maintenance activities;

• You monitor the financial results within the set budget and the performance indicators;

• You prepare investments and supervise the execution and delivery of assigned projects;

• You support the Realization department on projects where your expertise is required;

• You provide input to the Team Manager and Asset Manager for maintenance plans, investment proposals, and budgets.

We are looking for a driven professional with an MBO/HBO diploma in the direction of Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Measurement and Control Technology. Experience in the energy sector or as a Commissioning Engineer is a strong plus. You are motivated, accurate, and take responsibility where necessary. We consider a suitable education important, but the right attitude and willingness to learn weigh just as heavily for us. Furthermore, you bring:

• Experience with technical (energy) processes and an affinity for organizing maintenance;

• A valid driver's license;

• Broad electrotechnical knowledge and experience;

• Residing in the service area;

• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English;

• An independent and inquisitive attitude, whereby you actively keep up with developments in your field;

• A Stipel certificate NEN 3140 and 3840 OIV/WV, or the willingness to obtain these with a view to tasks as an Operational Installation Responsible (OIV-er).
