HR Officer

As an HR Officer, you help Ennatuurlijk move forward in the many beautiful developments we are currently undergoing in the field of HR. You take full responsibility for HR administration, processes, and reporting, and collaborate on various HR projects to improve departmental processes. In short, a versatile role in which no two days are the same and quick thinking is essential. You will do this in close cooperation with your colleagues. To achieve this:

• You take charge of the HR administration, including personnel changes and payroll administration. Think of onboarding and offboarding processes, sickness absence, employer statements, and changes in employment conditions. Many of these processes run (fortunately) automatically with us;

• You optimize HR processes and system setups by, among other things, performing simple functional management tasks yourself or working project-based with software partners and internal departments;

• You support your colleagues with HR-related questions and ensure that answers to frequently asked questions can be found on our intranet;

• You initiate improvement proposals to set up processes and workflows more efficiently, so that you have more time for challenging projects, and you execute these;

• You are part of HR project teams that further modernize our organization in areas such as talent development, sustainable employability, and employment conditions;

• You stay up to date with laws and regulations and advise on their implementation;

• You organize internal workshops and onboarding days for new colleagues;

• You provide accurate HR reports.

A professional with a completed HBO degree in the direction of Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel and Labor, Business Administration, or related, who wants to join our team for 32-40 hours per week. You are accurate, work methodically, and can organize well, know how to maintain an overview, and work in a structured manner. Additionally, you are a star at setting priorities. Furthermore, you are:

• A multi-tasker with several years of experience in HR services in a similar role;

• Knowledgeable about HR laws and regulations. Knowledge of applications such as Excel and Youforce (Visma) is a plus;

• A team player who maintains contact with the organization;

• Proactive, responsible, action- and service-oriented, and strive for quality in your work;

• Strong communicatively, both orally and in writing, in the Dutch language;

• Eager to learn and you like to stay informed about developments within your field.
