Junior Operator Midden- en West-Brabant

For our heat network Midden- en West-Brabant, we are looking for a Junior Operator. In this role, you will support the Operators in the technical management of our heat networks, distribution stations, and heat installations. You will regularly be present in the field and serve as the eyes and ears of the organization at locations including Breda, Tilburg, Oosterhout, Geertruidenberg, Made, Dongen, and Sprang-Capelle.

You will work within a team of experienced Operators and Maintenance Coordinators and will be given the space and guidance to further develop yourself within the heat sector. The emphasis of the position lies on inspections, supervision of activities, operational support, and identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement. In this way, you will make a direct contribution to a safe, reliable, and future-proof heat supply for tens of thousands of households and businesses in Midden- en West-Brabant. To achieve this:

• You will regularly carry out inspection rounds at production sites, distribution stations, and other assets;

• You will supervise maintenance and repair activities carried out by contractors;

• You will identify technical deviations, safety risks, and opportunities for improvement and report these to the operator;

• You will assist in resolving and handling malfunctions;

• You will check the quality and progress of performed activities;

• You will ensure correct registration of inspections, checks, and activities;

• You will assist in drafting and updating maintenance plans;

• You will participate in optimization and improvement projects;

• You will contribute to keeping technical documentation and asset data up to date;

• You will work closely with operators, technicians, contractors, and other internal stakeholders.
