Recruitment Intern

• You draft vacancy texts and improve them where necessary, assess CVs, and conduct telephone pre-screens. You guide candidates through the entire recruitment process and proactively keep hiring managers informed of the progress
• You ensure a smooth and pleasant recruitment process for all candidates
• You organize and coordinate recruitment events that contribute to a positive employer brand
• You build sustainable relationships with study and student associations and enthuse them about career opportunities within KPMG
• You maintain a strong network of potential candidates through regular contact and strengthening relationships
• You deploy creative and goal-oriented recruitment strategies to attract and retain top candidates

• HBO/University student (for example HRM, Higher Hotel School, or Psychology)
• Available from February 2027
• You are available 32 or 40 hours per week
• An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
• Residing in the Amsterdam/Amstelveen region
• This is a working internship, not a thesis internship
• Team player with the willingness to go the extra mile
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Intensive guidance by a KPMG colleague.
• An internship allowance of €1,000.- per month based on 40 hours.
