Recruitment Internship

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be fully involved and will get the chance to learn the profession in practice. You will be involved from the first to the very last step of the recruitment process and will receive plenty of room to take initiative and develop yourself.

You will support the finding, approaching, and guiding of candidates and contribute to an optimal candidate experience. Additionally, you will work on various projects and events, ensuring that no two days are the same!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Confirming job interviews;

• Searching for and screening potential new employees;

• Attending job interviews;

• Writing and posting vacancies online;

• Providing support during events (open days at schools) and activities;

• Being responsible for the ''candidate journey'' and its improvement (skill-based recruitment or adjustments to the recruitment system);

• Providing support in organizing and facilitating training sessions that take place during the onboarding of new employees;

• Taking on small projects, such as: partnership agreements, referral programs, or the "work with us" page;

• There is room to carry out your own project, school assignment, or research;

• Facilitating job intakes.

• You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) in the direction of HR, Business Administration, or related;

• You speak English and Dutch;

• Not afraid to make contact with stakeholders or candidates;

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint & AI;

• You are curious to learn new things;

• The ability to work independently and in a team.

• A challenging and educational working internship of 16 weeks or longer;

• An internship allowance of €450,- per month based on 32-40 hours (or pro rata);

• A workplace located in the center of Helmond, within walking distance of the station;
