During your HR internship, do you want to do more than just observe, but truly participate? At Trunkrs, a fast-growing logistics scale-up, you are part of the HR team from day one. You will work closely with our recruiter in the Netherlands and our international HR Manager in the Philippines. This way, you gain insight not only into recruitment and HR processes, but also into how HR collaborates within an international organization.

You will actively participate within the HR team three days a week and will be given two days of space to work on your internship assignment or graduation research. From our office in Woerden, you will work closely with your colleagues and receive excellent guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Recruitment and supporting the application process.

✨ HR administration, such as contracts and personnel changes.

✨ The onboarding of new colleagues.

✨ Organizing activities that contribute to the employee experience, together with our Fun Committee.

✨ HR projects and improvement initiatives.

You will be given the space to work on your own HR project or graduation research. Think of topics such as employer branding, employee engagement, onboarding, recruitment, or improving HR processes. Together, we will choose a topic that fits your studies and makes an impact within Trunkrs.
