HR Onboarding project intern (all genders) in the Netherlands

Your challenge

Good onboarding is essential for the success and engagement of new employees. Within FrieslandCampina Steenderen, we want to further professionalize our onboarding process and make it future-proof.

As an HR intern, you will work together with the Production and Logistics team leaders to investigate how new employees are currently being guided, where opportunities for improvement lie, and how we can strengthen the onboarding experience. Based on your findings, you will develop concrete solutions and support their implementation within the various teams.

With your work, you will make a direct contribution to the experience of new colleagues and to the further development of our organization.

What will you do?

• Analyzing the current onboarding process.
• Gathering insights from employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the employee journey.
• Developing proposals to improve the onboarding experience.
• Guiding the implementation of improvements within various teams.
• Supporting the HR department with various operational HR activities.

For our production location in Steenderen, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern who will play an important role in improving the onboarding of new employees.
