At Ennatuurlijk, we work on the energy transition in the Netherlands by realizing sustainable heat and cold solutions. Our Klein Collectief department is a 'start-up' within Ennatuurlijk and one of our five strategic pillars. Small in name, but big in ambition. We strive to become a top 3 player in the market up to 1,500 WEQ. We offer collective and local energy solutions for urban residential construction, using innovative technologies such as air/water heat pumps and thermal energy storage (TES). For example, we provide heat and cold to the 100-meter-high Lighthouse Tower in Eindhoven. High-level technology!

As Project Coordinator, you are involved in our projects from the design phase and ensure that plans are technically feasible and practically realizable. You form the connecting link between design, execution, and project management. In doing so, you continuously monitor the balance between technology, planning, costs, and quality.

You work on sustainable energy systems such as TES installations and collective air/water heat pumps, including distribution networks and delivery sets up to the end user. After a project is awarded, you become part of the construction team, in which you collaborate with, among others, installers, contractors, advisors, and project managers. You ensure that work is well-prepared, materials are available on time, and all involved parties have the correct information. What makes this role extra interesting is that you are involved from initiative to realization. You receive a lot of responsibility and see the direct result of your work in the execution of projects that contribute to a more sustainable Netherlands. Concretely, you will be busy with:

• Work preparation & coordination: you translate designs into an executable preparation, monitor schedules, and coordinate with involved parties;

• Technical support: you assess designs for feasibility and further elaborate technical solutions;

• Costs & quality: you support budgeting, material choices, and the control of costs and quality throughout the project;

• Collaboration & communication: you switch smoothly between developers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues and ensure good coordination in every project phase.
