What we're looking for

You are following an HRM degree (HBO or MBO) or a similar program;
You are enthusiastic, driven, and digitally savvy;
You want to learn by doing and dare to ask questions;
You work carefully and take responsibility;
You communicate clearly in Dutch, both orally and in writing;
You are available at least 4 days per week (internship duration ± 4 months).

The role

Are you an HR student who doesn't just want to observe, but truly wants to participate? At Quatra, you won't get an internship consisting only of assignments and watching from the sidelines. You will be part of the team, gain responsibility, and learn how HR works in practice.

What you'll do

As an HR intern at Quatra, you will work on everything related to people. Practical, operational, and close to the business. You won't just be sitting behind your laptop, but you will interact frequently with colleagues and see the direct results of your work. You will join a small and dedicated HR team. We work informally, help each other, and speak plainly. No hierarchy nonsense, just short lines of communication. At Quatra, we work according to our core values: Connect, Commit, Create. What you will do

Your responsibilities will include, among other things

Supporting recruitment and selection, onboarding, and offboarding;
Drafting employment contracts and processing personnel changes;
Maintaining time, leave, and absenteeism administration;
Collaborating on ongoing HR projects and improvements to our processes;
Executing your internship assignments, aligned with your studies and learning goals.
