As a Foreman Road Construction, you play a crucial role in our team. You are responsible for managing a team of motivated professionals on various projects. Your expertise and leadership ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, with an eye for quality and safety.

For our diverse infra projects, we are looking for reinforcement for our team. As a Foreman, you will have the following tasks:

• operationally managing the skilled workers and groundworkers and coordinating daily activities.
• Ensuring a good distribution of work and solving any problems on the shop floor.
• Performing quality controls and ensuring that the road construction projects meet the set standards and specifications.
• Managing materials and resources to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved parties to guarantee a successful execution of the project.

BESIX Infra Nederland is the knowledge-driven contractor for road construction on the Dutch market.

We offer full-service support for infra projects, from advice and design to construction and/or maintenance. In addition to our head office in Herten and regional office in Den Bosch, we have our own asphalt plant in Roermond. We are part of BESIX Infra, which belongs to the top 3 players in the Belgian infra market.

A total of 100 people are employed at the Herten, Roermond, and Den Bosch locations; the atmosphere is informal and the lines of communication are short.

For our infra works in the Limburg region, we are looking for a Foreman.
