Your challenge as an Integrated Design Lead Construction at BESIX Nederland!

As an Integrated Design Lead Construction, you are responsible for managing and coordinating the entire design process within complex utility projects. You ensure that architecture, construction, installations, execution, and client requirements are translated into an integrated and feasible design. In doing so, you lead the design team, monitor the cohesion between the various disciplines, and ensure that design choices align with planning, costs, quality, and feasibility.

• Translating client requirements into an integrated and feasible architectural design;
• Coordinating and managing architects, structural engineers, consultants, and installers;
• Monitoring the cohesion between design, planning, budget, quality, and risks;
• Aligning design choices with internal and external stakeholders;
• Thinking along about innovative construction methods and sustainable solutions;
• Ensuring quality and processes using BIM, DMS, and Systems Engineering (SE).
