• At least an MBO 4 working and thinking level through education and/or experience;
• Completed technical, practical education, in the direction of Shipbuilding;
• In possession of a valid VCA or VCA-Vol certificate;
• Experience with reading drawings, measuring, marking out, fillet welding, grinding, and cutting;
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field;
• At least 2 years of work experience as a (deputy) supervisor in the field.
• Communicating in Dutch and English;

As a technician, you make an important contribution to that. Technology forms the backbone of every yacht. You see it everywhere: at the design office, the production companies, and the fitting-out yards. Without technology, no superyacht.

• Together with your colleagues from the Outfitting department (approximately 25 people), (have) a steel hull built;
• Leading and (having) production activities carried out on board or on location;
• Monitoring capacity planning, distributing tasks and explaining them during daily starts, including reporting deviations;
• Checking work for quality, compliance with safety regulations, and order in the workplace;
• Time registration, monitoring progress, coaching/motivating employees, and handling leave and sickness.
