As a Site Manager, you will work on the expansion and renovation of the AWZI Haarlem Waarderpolder, one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the Rijnland area.

Within this project, BESIX is responsible for the new construction and renovation of the water line and the realization of a new service building. The works span several years and are part of a large-scale modernization of the wastewater treatment.

As a Site Manager, you are present on the construction site daily and ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You manage employees and subcontractors, monitor the progress and quality of the work, and ensure good coordination between all parties involved.

Thanks to your organizational skills, you maintain an overview, identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, and know how to switch quickly when the situation demands it.

• Coordinating activities on the construction site and managing employees and subcontractors;
• Monitoring safety, quality, planning, and progress;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during execution;
• Preparing and maintaining daily reports;
• Coordinating with work preparation, project management, and other involved disciplines;
