Construction Planner Renovation in the Netherlands

• The salary for this position is between €4291 - €5364 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 43 vacation days with the possibility to have a maximum of 13 paid out.

Are you the Work Preparer we are looking for for the preparation and during the execution of our renovation projects? As a work preparer (or as we call you at Dura Vermeer: BIM Engineer) at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed, you will get the chance to develop yourself even further, particularly in the field of renovation and sustainability, while tackling challenging projects in and around Groningen and Drenthe.

You ensure the organization and progress of the projects. In doing so, you are responsible for the (time) planning, work schedules, procurement preparations, additional work calculations, and careful administrative handling. You maintain sharp supervision over time, budget, quality, safety, and coordinate all disciplines (architectural, structural, and installations) in detail.

In this way, you independently prepare various renovation projects. You have control in your own hands for this process and are the right hand of the project manager. The technical elaboration of these projects also lies in your hands. You ensure that all activities are organized for execution, working with the help of modern tools and/or software. You do this in a team with which you will celebrate success together.

• You are strong in planning and organizing, but you also switch easily to ad-hoc tasks.

• You have no trouble with time pressure and deadlines.

• You preferably live in the vicinity of Northern Netherlands.
