At Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you will lead a crew on challenging projects along the tracks. You will assist where necessary, maintain an overview, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and according to schedule.

Leading a crew of cable and ground workers. Preparing and distributing tasks. Supervising safety, quality, and planning. Maintaining contact with site managers and colleagues. Registering progress, hours, and additional work. Assisting on the worksite when necessary.

You are the modern foreman / forewoman / team leader focused on working in a digital environment, new developments and techniques, and coaching-based leadership. With your enthusiastic attitude, you know how to motivate your colleagues. You communicate clearly, provide structure, stand firm in your shoes, and push back when necessary. Furthermore, you have a result- and customer-oriented attitude and are stress-resistant: time pressure and deadlines are no problem for you! And furthermore:

• MBO vocational and thinking level, in the field of technology;

• Some work experience as a foreman within rail-related infra or with underground cables and pipelines within another industry;

• Preferably you have knowledge of digital working environments (such as Metacom, MS-Office, MS Projects);

• We expect a flexible attitude towards working outside regular working hours;

• The salary for this position is between € 2,923 and € 4,002 gross per 4 weeks (i.e. 13 times per year), excluding 8% holiday pay. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level and work experience;

• 25 vacation days + 23 ADV days (both based on full-time employment)

• Excellent secondary employment conditions, such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership.
