BESIX Infra Nederland is the knowledge-driven contractor for road construction in the Dutch market, active in road construction, sewerage installation, environmental remediation, and the construction of public spaces.

We offer full-service support for infrastructure projects, from advice and design to construction and maintenance. We are strong in the disciplines of preparation, earthworks, sewerage, paving, foundations, and asphalt concrete, always putting the environment at the center. Additionally, we have extensive experience with RAW and UAV-GC contracts and regularly work in construction teams.

With our head office in Herten, a regional office in Den Bosch, and our own asphalt plant in Roermond, we possess all the knowledge and expertise to support clients from A to Z. Within our organization, approximately 100 colleagues work together on diverse infrastructure projects. The atmosphere is informal, lines of communication are short, and personal initiative is valued. To strengthen our team in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Project Manager/Tender Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse infrastructure projects in the Den Bosch region. You are responsible for the entire process, from preparation to delivery. In doing so, you lead the project team and ensure that projects are executed safely, according to schedule, within budget, and with the desired quality. Additionally, you are an important interlocutor for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Leading and coaching the project team;
• Being responsible for the planning, budget, quality, and progress of projects;
• Maintaining contacts with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders;
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities within projects;
• Monitoring contractual agreements and project objectives;
• Steering towards safe, efficient, and successful project execution.
