The role

As a Working Foreman Electrical Assembly, you will lead a team of technicians on a daily basis. The department is new and growing and currently consists of 3 technicians. You distribute the work, monitor progress, and support colleagues where necessary. At the same time, you actively participate in the electrotechnical assembly work yourself. On the shop floor, you are the first point of contact, and together with the team, you ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. In this position, it also occurs that you sometimes work at customer locations domestically or abroad.

Furthermore, your duties include:

• The daily management and guidance of a team of electrical technicians
• The distribution of tasks and monitoring of the schedule
• Active participation in electrotechnical assembly work
• Reading and interpreting electrotechnical diagrams and drawings
• Supervising quality, safety, and order on the shop floor
• Solving technical problems during the assembly process
• Onboarding and guiding new colleagues
