We build 2D element construction and 3D modular construction. This requires a manager on the construction site (foreman) who is not only strong in planning, quality, and safety, but also proactively communicates between the client, subcontractors, and project team.

• Soft on relationships but clear about what needs to happen;

• Independently managing a larger construction site;

• Creating schedules and organizing activities in a structured and efficient manner;

• Experience in coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously;

• You have relevant work experience in construction, preferably in supervising larger projects.
