Working Foreman Assembly

• Leads the assembly team and plans work processes, while also performing assembly tasks
• Acts as the contact person between the line coordinator and the assembly team
• Works closely with the line coordinators to discuss planning and manage its practical execution in production
• Supports colleagues with malfunctions and errors and discusses rejected vehicles with the quality department
• Leads a team of 3 to 6 employees, for which strong communication skills and empathy are required
• Contributes ideas and advises the team leader on preventing similar problems in the future
• Acts as an interface between project teams and the assembly department and reports directly to the line coordinators

• You have an Mbo 4 education in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electrical engineering or similar;
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an assembly technician or similar;
• You are flexible, innovative and possess good communication skills;
• The characteristics meticulous, stress-resistant and maintaining an overview suit you;
• Traveling both nationally and internationally is no problem for you;
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages (German is a plus).
