To realize these projects successfully, we rely daily on reliable systems, good data, and efficient processes. As a Business Systems Specialist, you play a key role in this. You ensure that our ERP system (4PS) and other business applications function optimally, translate needs from the organization into suitable system solutions, and help colleagues work more efficiently and effectively.     

As a Business Systems Specialist, you are the connecting link between the business, business systems, and information provision within BESIX Nederland. You ensure that 4PS and other systems align optimally with the needs of the organization. In doing so, you support colleagues with functional issues, translate process improvements into system solutions, and monitor the coherence between processes, systems, data, and reports. You work closely with users, IT, BI specialists, and external partners to continuously improve information provision.

• Functional management of 4PS and other business systems;
• Supporting users with complex questions and system issues;
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes;
• Translating user requirements into system improvements;
• Testing and implementing new functionalities;
• Improving data quality, reports, and management information;
• Identifying opportunities in the field of digitalization and automation;
• Coordinating with suppliers, IT partners, and other involved stakeholders.
