• Leading complex nursing care requirements.

• Participating in multidisciplinary consultations (MDOs).

• Supporting EVV'ers (responsible for care) and contributing to ownership within the team.

Your job as a Quality Nurse/Lead Nurse at Bartiméus in Ermelo

The Henriëtte van Heemstra Huis is located on the edge of Parc Viventra and is a residential home for seniors aged 65 and over with a visual impairment. The Henriëtte van Heemstra Huis consists of five departments with a total of 42 studios and 8 apartments.

The care needs of residents are diverse and often complex. That makes your work substantively challenging and meaningful. You will join a dedicated team where attention, collaboration, and quality are central. As a Quality Nurse/Lead Nurse, you play a key role. You are the connecting link between residents, loved ones, practitioners, and care colleagues. With your expertise and coaching style, you contribute to safe, high-quality, and person-centered care for elderly people with a visual impairment.

As a Quality Nurse/Lead Nurse, you take charge of complex care situations and actively contribute to the quality of care. You participate in daily care and take a broader view of processes, safety, and expertise within the team.

You are a nurse who stands firm in your shoes and gets energy from collaborating, coaching, and improving. You maintain an overview, dare to take initiative, and know how to bring people along in a positive way.

• Immediately a permanent contract of 20-24 hours per week in the position of Quality Nurse/Lead Nurse (Within Bartiméus, we use Regieverpleegkundige as the official job title). Increasing the number of hours is negotiable.

• Salary appropriate to your position and experience. Based on the CAO VVT, this is min. €3,325.- and max. €4,822,- gross per month (FWG 50) based on a 36-hour work week. You do NOT have to work night and/or sleep shifts (unless you are personally interested in that).
