As HR Advisor, you are a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From our international office in Sevenum, you play an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly. You advise on employee relations, absenteeism, performance issues, and Dutch labor law. • You advise and support managers and employees on operational HR issues, including employee relations, performance reviews, absenteeism, and Dutch labor law. 
• You are responsible for managing absenteeism files at the office and work closely with managers to ensure correct and effective absenteeism management. 
• You guide employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding and contract changes to internal transfers and offboarding. 
• You work intensively with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services to realize efficient and compliant HR processes. 
• You contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining HR documentation, updating policies, and supporting improvements within HR systems and processes.
